Exchange and Return Policy

Before any procedure, the exchange or return of any product must be reported to our customer service at +1 508 360-1108.

Important Tips

The customer should pay attention to the product description and care instructions listed on the tags.

It is important to be mindful of the deadlines (exchanges only within 7 days after receiving the product).

The original packaging of the purchased product, as well as tags, labels, items, and accessories that come with it, must be kept in good condition. In the case of an exchange or return, these items will be evaluated.

The person receiving the purchase should always check the items and the invoice at the time of delivery and never accept a product with a broken seal.

If there are any issues (broken seal, damage, missing items, or discrepancies), please contact our customer service immediately at +1 508 360-1108.

At Encantare Intimate, we are fully responsible for the quality of the products throughout the entire shipping process until they reach your destination.

Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the product's integrity immediately shifts to the person who received it. This also applies in the case of gifts delivered to third-party addresses.

Important Tips

For returns due to remorse or cancellation, we offer a period of 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product at the delivery location. To proceed, you must contact our customer service at +1 508 360-1108, providing the order number, reason for the return, and payment method. Our customer service will review and inform you of the procedure to follow.

The returned product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with the original tag attached (external tag). We reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to the customer if any of the items do not meet the specified conditions. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

If the product is in perfect condition, the full amount will be refunded after the product is received and inspected at our Distribution Center.

Defective Product

We offer our customers up to 7 calendar days, after receiving the product, to exchange defective products, following the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code, provided the product is in its original packaging and shows no signs of misuse. To proceed, you must contact our customer service at +1 508 360-1108, explaining what happened with the product and, if possible, sending images of the damage, so that customer service can guide you on the next steps.

The returned product will undergo an analysis, and if a manufacturing defect is found, a new product, identical or similar to the one purchased, will be sent to the customer. The shipping cost will be our responsibility.

Exchange for a Different Size or Color of the Same Product
